Spur and helical gears can be engineered up to 500mm diameter and 150mm face width together with bevel gears up to 250mm diameter and worms / wormwheels up to 400mm centres. Internal / external splines and spline shafts measuring up to 500mm diameter x 150mm face width and 150mm diameter x 1.5m long respectively can also be produced.
