Acquisition by Nasmyth Group Ltd JS Of Chinn Holdings Ltd And Subsidiaries
The Nasmyth Group are pleased to announce the acquisition of the business and assets of JS Chinn Holdings Ltd and each of its subsidiaries.
The businesses have become members of the Nasmyth Group with the new company names of Chinn Ltd (located in Coventry), Chinn Engineering Ltd (located in Hinckley), Henton Engineering Ltd (located in Hinckley), and Colledge and Morley Ltd (located in Coventry). Sales of the new four businesses over the next year are expected to exceed £20m.
